Deep cherry red colour. Red berries notes with some spices. Straightforward attack on spices and ripe fruits. Elegant structure with a nice finish. Well-balanced.
Enjoy with: Smoked meat, grilled meat and cheese.
Serving temperature: 14°C / 15°C
Cellaring potential: 5 to 6 years

Technical Information

Grape: 70% Pinot Noir / 20% Trousseau / 10% Poulsard
Winemaking: a 12 days maceration, then pressed. The wine is then ageing during 8 months in steel vats with a light filtration before bottling.
