Lovely deep straw yellow. Intense nose, with diverse aromas such as apple, curry, spices and walnut. Powerful and well-structured, we can taste curry flavours and spices. A lovely finish.

Cellaring potential: Now to 50 years

Technical Information

Grape: Savagnin
Winemaking: Harvest by hand, aged in oak barrels for at least 6 years and half .We don't refill the barrels during those 6 years, letting the oxygen on purpose in the barrel.
